Cancellation policy

Subscriptions renew every 30 days, but customers may cancel anytime within the first 20 days of your billing cycle.

• Cancellations made within 20 days of your billing date will stop the next auto-shipment and charge.
• If you cancel after 20 days, your next shipment may already be in processing and cannot be stopped — but your subscription will be canceled going forward.

How to cancel your subscription:

• You can cancel your subscription by logging into your customer account that is automatically created during your purchase. Access it by clicking the user icon on the top right of our website.
